James first placed an order with Collaro Classic Menswear in 2021, and we worked with him to achieve an ideal fit for his shirt, pants and suit jacket. Well-spoken and friendly, James made it easy and pleasant for us to work with him.
Soon after, we learnt that James was a content creator who was putting out quality content for his audience in a personable way. He made no mention of this before and after he placed his order, and this showed that he is someone who is willing to invest in a brand if their products aligned with his aesthetics and values. In the past few years, James has consistently demonstrated this same willingness by purchasing products from other brands that are aligned.
